Work Order Dispatch Board : WO Dispatch Board Procedures : Setting Up the Work Order Dispatch Board

Setting Up the Work Order Dispatch Board
The Work Order Dispatch Board shows all work orders that are not yet completed. You can configure the display of the dispatch board by user login to optimize the information each user sees. For example, one user may not need to know the category of work orders but it is critical to know how much time is left before a notification reaches its date/time threshold. For example they may want to identify and schedule emergency work orders within a specified time after the initial call for service is received and also make sure that the work order is completed within a specified time after it is scheduled. Another user may not be interested in notifications at all and simply needs to review work orders by status and/or priority.
